Loading/unloading errors

These arise in different ways all of which may lead to spillage of hazardous substances.

Overfilling of a tank will lead to overflowing, incorrect connection of hoses or pipes can lead to leakage, packaged goods can come loose from the crane hoist and fall on the dockside, on deck or into the water with release of contents.
